Simon Cowell revealed he has lost four stone in one year, after switching to a healthier lifestyle.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge has been raving about the results of his vegan diet, coupled with exercising more during lockdown.

And, speaking about his weight loss, the 60-year-old revealed he has been finding it easier to stick to his routine while isolating with partner Lauren Silverman and their six-year-old son, Eric.

Side note: Our quarantines are wildly different.

‘I think I have dropped, since I started this diet a year ago, 60lbs,’ he told Terri Seymour for Extra. ‘I’m doing a bit of cooking.

’I’m exercising. Funny enough, more during this time as well, sticking to the diet.’

But he admitted Eric isn’t exactly helping matters with his junk food cravings.

‘The only difficult thing is when Eric orders a pizza…,’ he continued. ‘That’s the number one thing I miss.

‘I was concerned how [Eric] was going to cope with all of this. He has been absolutely amazing… He is still able to do schoolwork, and now we are camping on the weekends in the garden.’

Honestly, Eric is a total mood.

Simon went on his health kick following a hospital visit back in 2017 – after he fell down the stairs at his home due to low blood pressure.

And the X Factor host is wanting to help others who are thinking about slimming down – by blessing us all with a cook book.

‘It’s something I have been thinking about because everyone’s so interested,’ he told the Sun.

‘I think I would call it, It’s Not That Difficult.

‘I’d give people some of the recipes I have been following. What you eat has to taste nice — otherwise you won’t stick to it.’

He makes a good point…
